Didnt get to the beach, tamarack, until about 12. Gear up and pass the surf and talk to another kayaker coming in that had a good day, things were already looking up. Paddle about 100 yards and throw out a small black and white shad rap rapala to troll. 5 minutes later and I'm bendo, on a barrrrrraaacuuuuudaaaaa, ok size about 3 feet long maybe 5 pounds. So i throw the same rapala out and start paddling a couple paddles later zzzzz a nice size calico. It was like this all the way until 1:00 then it just turned off. By then I had totaled 3 barries, 3 calico, and a mac. Also I started trolling around 12:30 with a rapala deep diver (10 feet) firetiger pattern that resulted in all my fish from around 12:30 to 1. Adter that I ended up trolling for a couple hours with the only events being a huge knot, I think the two rapalas were trying to mate or something [IMG]and I had a nice size barrie, about 4 feet maybe over that broke off at color, losing my firetiger that was producing :crying:pics on my phone but dont know how to get them on the cpu, sorry guys.Edited by: NoobFisher

you can email them to yourself and post them here.

if it's anything close to the 4 phones ive gone through in the last
month then just go to the picture on your phone, then options, then
click on send(in the little options thing)...then where it says address
just type in your email and press ok then press send again...if it's
confusing i can repost with pictures of every step...that is if you
REALLY want those pics on here lol

Thought this was a good looking pic for a camera phone. You can see the powerplant in the background and my later in the day producing rapala that a big log snapped off :crying:

I still have some work to be done to the kayak. Want to put 2 more trolling rod holders, that accpet bigger butted rods. Also need to fix wire connecters on my fishfinder as that day I lost my connection early in the day [IMG]By september, when I can drive, hopefully I will have some reports of yellowtail or white sea bass from la jolla, and you guys can see my new bait tank [IMG]
