    What's your bait of choice on a windy/rainy day?:dunno: CRANKBAIT, SPINNER, PLASTICS, JIG?

    Spinners on a side blow. Cranks and plastics if I can get the wind to my back.

    Rainy days....top to shallow....windy days deep divers and lazy action. Worked for me on many occasions. Oh and if you can find scrounger heads....drag them bad boys on the bottom for some nice action.

    so THAT is what the lake looks like when the wind blows more than 5 MPH. :D

    Maybe I'm just getting old--------er, but fishing is like water skiing. I've done both when the weather is crappy.....and both were crappy. ;)

    Instead of fighting the wind, I'm looking for calm water. In tight looks good to me. Either popper or finesse worm.
