Well, I just came back from a nice trip up in the Eastern Sierras. It was awesome to be back in my favorite places, though frightening that it's soooo early in the season. The high country locations should be snowed in and iced over. It's going to be piss poor by mid-summer.

Anyway, we had some nice opportunities to catch Goldens, along with some decent bows and browns. Drank some awesome beers and noshed on some top notch camp cooking, including some venison, javelina, and tri-tip. Here's a montage of the trip...

looks like an awesome trip with some serious eats.... I was at crowley for the opener and between 5 guys we only caught 7 fish... not exactly what we are used to. Luckily for me 6 of the fish bit my rod LOL. We stopped at tinemaha reservoir on the way home and got into a WFO bite on rainbows from 1-4 pounds and even got one nice brown that was 4+ and a handful of carp and even a big bluegill haha. thanks for the report!
