Man, thanks to all the pics, I almost feels like I was there fishing too!
It looks like everyone got in on some fish...hopefully, no one was skunked.

How did you guys keep the filets FRESH for 4+ days? Just ice?

And it looks like a dozen of you guys still need to post pics!!
WE NEED MORE PICS!

Can someone tell me what kind of fish this is?

Kevin, the Pangeros fillet your fish each day, and the hotel freezes it for you when you get back. As far as that fish, it's a Roosterfish, so named for it's comb. A light tackle line ripper!

Reallybigtoad brought a vacuum sealer with him so he did that then brought it to the freezers at the hotel.

You guys had a blast!
My son and I went down there a few years ago and fished with the Fishermans fleet,located next to the Arco hotel.It looks like Johnathan puts on a good time also.
