La Paz / Las Arenas Fleet Report September 20th, 2008

Jill and I had some of that squid breaded and fried up last night at the last minute. The guys are catching them and throwing them away so I grabbed about a 5 pound slab then sliced it thin. Wish I had a tenderizing hammer, but all I could do was slice thin and score it. Took it to the Bismarkcito Restaurant with some of our clients and had them bread it up. Pretty darned good. I had the restaurant serve them for appetizers and the clients woofed 'em down! Wish you guys were all aboard too. Will do our best to show Moogie a good time. They're staying here at La Concha this time so they can be near the beach.

BTW Shannon and I loved the Bismarkcito, the octopus tacos were insane! They just melted in your mouth like butter!
