Why you need the right tools...

Well what should have taken 30 minutes took 2 hours but had to prove I was getting the boat (little boat) done LOL. Hitting the Black pearl this Friday over night so Saturday is out for working on it. Anyway the relief cuts made in the new wood had to be done with a hand circular saw and a 1/8 inch blade as I didn't have a dado . As you can see it is thinker and wider so it should hold both engines really well. Once I get the back piece put on I will load the motors and show it off but for now.....

See Flipper I am working on it!!!

This one is the hooping boat lake and just messing around boat. Just a much needed upgrade and new motor to put on it so I can run two.

The 20' is getting stripped and I have if about half done. Have a guy coming over the Saturday after Thanksgiving Nov 25th to crane out the motor and intermediate for me then the boat will be a shell and ready for anyone that wants it.

If the Correct craft doesn't go through then the parts from the 20' will be in the 23 ASAP!! I have a week before Christmas to get it done or at least as much as possible but one way or another I will have a boat that can hit the channel islands or SBI CAT you name it by march 1st. Baring any catastrophic failure on the part of the boat (fire, blown engine etc..) I MISS OVER NIGHT TRIPS TO THE ISLANDS!!! and I miss not having my own boat.
