Do not let him BS you all, he's only doing this for me. I am sick and tired of being the trolling motor guy. I never catch any fish because I spend all my time keeping him on all the fish. man, can he cast up under things. Awsome. Now its my turn to catch some, while he sis running the boat around I'll be in bendo mode. I heard sinker mention getting a 35' everglades which will be coming out soon. if he does that I will sell mine, which means he will carry me to the Dark Side. "Love ya sinka" you OCSD fool.

OK - delivery is now Tuesday - it's OK as I am fishing Twisters boat this weekend anyway or maybe just installing his stereo or maybe both.

Twister does stay on the motors and never gets to pull in the big fish that is true. I will of course need a much bigger boat for me to take that role on though - OR - Twister will have to trust me to run his boat.

For the small stuff - YEAH - finally I get to be upfront and skip cast comfortably. Still won't stop Twister from catching fish though as he can skip cast backhanded better than I can forward but I'm gonna practice lots and lots.

Are you keeping the old boat for deeper water?

By the way whoever was mentioning the Dark Side. I can't resist mentioning my favorite bumper sticker.

No the old boat is gone. It was only 18' with a 7' beam.

The new boat is 23' with a 9' beam. It does have a lower % dead rise but is much more stable and with it's sharp entry will be better in nastier conditions.

It will get me 30 miles off shore in Dorado, Sail Fish territory and the bottom grounds as well.
