Word of advice when boat shopping

Don't drive down to see it until you have seen at least some pictures of it first! Last night I drove down to Orange County to go possibly buy a boat from a guy who had no pictures of it online and could not take any. The way he described it was NOT how it really was.

That's the LAST time I go deal with traffic on the 405 without having any idea what I'm going to look at.

I would call that trip a total waste of time but me and Jackpot made the best of it by stopping at some of the finer establishments that the valley has to offer on the way home.

I'm in love!

I had the same experience when shopping for my new boat.....Luckily I stayed in my area while searching........This one guy said this boat was 22 ft.Xlnt Condition.. Catalina ready.....When I got there it had a 18 gallon portable gas tank Barely enough to go to horseshoe kelp and back.....He said the 80 gallon installed tank got a hole in it a few years ago.....Boat was Thrashed......
