I was thinking the same thing. I have a boatwith a Merc I/O I haven't used in a few years that I'm waffling about getting rid of, swap for gear, 14' alum boat or something.
Meanwhile good luck on your project. Since your basically starting from scratch you might as well lay it out the way you want it.
Hey, if you do it right you could always use it on the 120 footer for a lifeboat when you hit the lotto big!
