Cool 01 yami 115 4-stroke VST draining

My motor is running like crap after i found lots of water in fuel seperator. changed water seperator ,checked fuel, new plugs, new fuel filter on motor, good compression, people are telling me to drain vapor seperator tank and service it . Has anyone had this done or done it themselves looks involved or expensive. NEED TO GET ON THE WATER SOON HALIBUT ARE IN!

Great write up on it at Striper owners club here Join up if you can't read it there is allot of Yamaha stuff there. Not sure if it is any different from the 2 stoke to the 4 stoke but you could ask there and see. I need to do it on my motor soon along with the O2 sensor cleaning.
