I would say the majority are cabin cruisers but again that is choice for over night runs and cold weather etc. I am wishing I had gone with a 26 CC myself but we will see this next year if I still feel that way or not.

Name: Chris Location: Ca Join Date: Jun 2007 | I run an East Coast style center console. It's a Dusky 233 open (25'11), twin 150 Zukes. It works for me, but then again there are guys that would not want anything to do with a CC. We typically fish 40-70 miles out, so I like to get there and back quickly.
Lot's of CC's, sport cabins, pilot house, cuddy, w/a, type boats here. All have advantages and disadvantages.
If I had to do it all over again, I'd stay in a CC 23'-28', with twin outboard power, but that's just me.
