I would fill it with water, and determine exactly where it leaks. Then clean/sand/wire brush the leak areas and seal with 5200 fast curing. Then clean the inside up really good and paint with hurculiner if you want the whole thing black.

Just remember that those bed liners add a lot of weight. I would do like Joey said and seal just the leaks, and if you want to paint the whole inside then just use regular paint.

Use the sealer they just mentioned and use the "duplicolor" spray on bedliner....Each Spray can is like $8 and you only need 3...Or you can buy a kit for about $40 which has some rollers and brushes and a quart or gallon of the liner...go here:

you want to make sure that you seal those leaks from the OUTSIDE before you do anything on the inside. If you dont, the water will seep between the hull and whatever you put on the inside resulting in even bigger problems.
5200 will work fine. Let it cure for a week, test it again to make sure that you have the leaks fully dealt with, THEN do your thing on the inside.

Hurkliner is alright but you have to watch out for any chemicles that get on it. They sometimes eat the liner. I did the inside bottom black on my old valco, but I used durabak, look online its VERY good stuff. I also did my trailer that I have now with it. they will even send you a sample of what it feels like before you buy it. there like 119.00 a gallon.

good luck, let me know if you any questions.
