| There are vinyl paints out there that work real well. I've used them many times in days gone by, having owned a marine upholstery shop. I used a product called "Special T", but I don't think they're around anymore. There must be stuff out there that is equal to it. The key to painting vinyl is the preparation. It's just like painting a car, but more critical. The surface must be cleaned with toluene, and the surface should be ever so slightly tacky to the touch. Spray it on as you would any paint, and make sure you add the proper additives for humidity, temps etc. I've had vinyl paint last for years. Good luck.
