new boat

Click the image to open in full size.I wasnt planning on buying a boat after all but this one was pretty close to what iI was looking for..except its got a 4 cyl. which is in good shape and I tend to go easy on engines in the ocean anyways, simply becouse i like to get back in under my own power. But its got a walk around and for me that was really importanat and is 23 ft. and is pretty 'beammy' wide beamm that is and its set up for fishing, very minimal cabin, the sides come up really high when youre inside too,and yes of course the walk around rail is a bit loose but justa bit, trailor is really nice too, gonna need,to buy somones old FF, and rope and anchor, and some more goodies b4 i can go out , anyways gonna need a local weekday fishing partner when im readdy. The boats actually ready now but ill go thru some items first. "HERE WE GO AGAIN!!"

Good looking boat, Jodi!

What brand is it?

W/A cuddies make excellent fishing boats. easy access to the bow for chasing fish and setting/retrieving the anchor.

Did you take that 4 cylinder for a ride in the ocean before you bought it? Is it a diesel or a gasser?

Ita a Marathon, never hered of em but its about the most solid built boat ive seen in a while. No I didint go for a ride first ,but I kinda pushed myself to go for it or watch it be sold yesterday. Its gas ,and ran really nice but ill get to know it better sat. or sun.
We'll see?

My friends have a boat that looks very similar to yours. There's is a Sportcraft 222 Offshore Fisherman with twin outboards. They are selling it if anyone is interested!
