introduction

hey everyone , my name is Tony , been lurking and learning on here for a month or so. just got my self into a little center console (my first)so being the FNG to boating and this type of fishing im hoping to pick up some game about our local waters and how to get down like the fish pimps do. As for me I am a personal Chef for the film industry, mostly car & motorcycle shoots and lifestyle type commercial photography... my BBQ baby back Ribs is what keeps the phone ringin hence the name "Tony Bones" . thanks to my little BBQ i've been blessed with a lil freedom and time to fish ... I started on the pier ended up on the beach and got boat envy while surf fishing. once i got my line wet i was pretty much through. anyways i enjoy reading the reports and pictures some of u have posted and hope to get a few of my own on here once i start getting my boat wet...as with anything im sure this too will take some time... I am out of Santa Barbara CA feel free to give me a shout..
stay strong and god bless all...

Yeh man Tony Bones. Welcome aboard.
Moogie here.
So, you're the baby back man eh?
I pride myself on my baby backs as well.
The rub and wood chip recipe was handed down from many generations of the Moogie family.
It all started with great Granny Moogie coming over on the Mayflower. She was known all over Europe for her culinary skills in the art of smoked meats, fowl, fish and squid beaks.
Her and Grandpa Moogie were on their way to the New World to find a new way life, but tragically that all ended with the untimely death of Grandpa Moogie.
He was eaten alive by a giant squid beast on the Mayflower crossing.
Anyway, have you ever made smoked squid beaks?
Good luck with your new boat. Hope you catch lots of big ones. Don't forget to put up some pics.
Let me know about the squid beaks.
Moogie
