New but not so New

Greetings to everyone who reads this, stumbled on this site by accident, but I like what I see so far, so I signed up. A little bit about my fishing experience. I've been fishing since I was 5 and my grandmother took me down to the Redondo Beach Pier. The bait looked as big as a mackerel in my tiny hand. Eventually graduated to day boats and overnight boats. Then when I turned 40 my wife was finally tired of hearing me say, "I want to go on a Long Range trip" so she sent me on a trip. Now 3 Long Range Trips later, I am so hooked, (Pardon the Pun). On a 10 trip on the American Angler last December I caught the fish of a lifetime for me. 326.lb Yellow Fin Tuna. Before that, my biggest was a 54lb. yellow fin tuna. But I do love the little stuff, have just strarted some surf-fishing as fishing from even the day boats has just gotten a bit expensive for me.

Tight Lines,
Anthony
