snapsnivel : The short fused guy on any given charter boat that throws a temper tantrum every time he breaks off, blaming it on his gear , other people.....everything but his own knot tying skills.

booger : a chip in a ceramic guide insert...usualy accompanied by a fisherman with a blank stare on his face ,with his finger inserted into the suspect guide.

Yeah I've done the snapswivel thing. Wondering why the hell my knots werent holding on 20lb pline while tying improved clinch knots. Thanks to Todd for showing me the San Diego Jam Knot on the charter I haven't had a knot fail on me since. And Carni at Malibu telling me he was having problems with tying some types of knots on pline also made me feel better. Looking back, I have no idea why I was tying those improved clinch knots instead of at least palomars. Oh well, you live and ya learn.

LMAO...Snapsnivel....Thats my buddy. He bought a bass boat and dont fish and he gets pissed if he breaks of and says its the line. He bought a spool of stren and trilene higher end stuff ...a little stiff yes...but he was birdsnesting on almost every other cast and swears up and down that the line was old or was "HEATED" the wrong way or something along that line. It gives me great pleasure to watch him throw down the biggest hissy fits while I fish with the same line and have no trouble. He say that cuz its a fresh spool...LOL....I bought it 45 minutes after he did...missed him by that much. Same store too....LOL...Oh how much fun can I have with him? WAY TO MUCH. I think its just me but Im a bastard sometimes cuz I give him so much crap over that kind of stuff. When they aint bitin...gotta keep busy....right?
