New or Old version, Counterbalance handle vs. power handle. I was going to buy one from this guy. He was selling for $70. Good price but he was selling the Older Version with counterbalanced handle. I opted not to buy. But now that I think of it, that was a good buy regardless of handle. I'll try to check if the guy still has it.
