Talking UNITED STATES NAVY?!?!?!

hey all. jut posting this to let you know that i am going to enlist in the navy soon, im off the streets, and i am hopefully going to be able to fish off of whatever ship i end up on. i hear that you are allowed to. heres to an amazing new year for all of our greatmembers here at GBSF, and a belated merry christmas. i want to let you all know that my first check from the navy is definitely going towards an '08 license w/ 2 rod stamp. thanks to everyone, and i hope too see some of you on the water out in or out of san diego bay. i know that i will be for sure.

as always,
tight lines, bent rods, and screaming reels.
sincerely,
proud GBSF member Michael S. Callaway crawdad fishing extrordinaire.

Congrats...

Congrats... it's a good move. Hopefully you don't get assigned to Boonieville, Nebraska where the only fishing is in your bathtub!!!

It's hard to fish off a Aircraft Carrier, join the coast guard.
