What is this?

Hey guys I believe its a "slimeal" which is commercially fished for in Morro Bay/Monterey and is occassionally caught in so. cal on party boats.They are slimey when brought aboard and resemble the fish that is pictured.

The caption with the picture said it was a "Lumpfish"sounds appropriate to me.
