Hey guys I have a friend that is looking for a home in Camarillo, Ventura or Oxnard. Anyone here work in real estate or know of someone in the real estate business? Price range of 300-400K, 2+ bedrooms and it is for a single family. Let me know ASAP, they are looking to move within the next month. Thank you!

The Conejo Valley Association of Realtors website has a searchable databse that includes Cam, Vta, and the Ox.

First thing he needs to do is get the 411 on the inventory in the area.
Click on the SEARCH FOR HOMES link and search the Rapatonni database.

There's so much inventory right now. Doing a little bit of efficient web searching is a heck of a lot faster than just driving around looking at houses.
