No offense, but run for the hills....he promises 200k but you havent been paid yet? And you plan to undergo a major life change and move to a place you have never been for a new job that has never paid you and has no guarantee, let alone a promise of security???
Hate to break it to you, but this world is full of promises and most of the time they never come through.
To be successful, YOU need to make yourself VALUABLE. This can come in many ways (education, innovation, or specialization in field). Dont rely on empty promises to dictate your future. You control your future and YOU need to make it happen!
Success IS realizable...its just that YOU gotta make it happen. Work hard, study hard and make good decisions.
These type of decisions are the spice of life. Think hard about it and make a decision. Once you decide, be confident in your decision and dont look back!
Good luck!

Why would you allow a company that has not paid you to move you away from your friends and family? Are they paying for the move? What kind of compensation have they/will they provide once you move? Are they providing you housing while you are in Florida or are they going to allow you time to visit and establish a residence? Not trying to scare you out of what appears to be a once in a lifetime opportunity but there has to be more information than what you have already provided for people on this site to help you make an informed decision. What is the name of this company? Have you done any research to see what type of reputation they have? Not trying to be a jerk just want to make sure they have your best interests in mind.

That job just got reaaally shady.
You live in Murietta right? Get a job at that big-ass Home Depot they built a couple of years ago. They pay great, start going to Junior College - Palomar is right down the street, Transfer to UCSD, fish La Jolla, catch yellowtail, find a girl, get a job, travel the world, get married, have kids, buy a house, keep fishing, and keep the water really close and you'll be fine.

my boss is just the head of this branch, i bring him the checks for the sales, he supposed to record them, then write me an equivalent check. i found out from the owner that he hadnt been recording em, and since he controls my hourly, i didnt get any of that. he was pocketing all my money and spending it at pechanga casino in california. that hella pissed me off. owner of the company says my boss is on in-company probation or something. i wonder, why not just fire him? oh well. they are covering all my moving expenses, and my housing and neccesseties(food, water, and electricity) for a while. i think that more than makes up for what ive earned thus far, but that still doesnt make it right.

Steve said it best..
"You make your self valuable to them"...
Think about it, If you're not educated or specialize in some technology or other, why can't they just get someone in Florida with your same credentials.
I'm sure there's plenty of people who can fit the bill. They wouldn't have to pay moving expenses and such...I hope you don't think or feel you have it great with the main boss and he's going to cut you some slack or something...
Bottom line is their in a business and they have to make money....
I'd hate to see you taken advantage of and be put to work as a sex slave, drug mule or something.....hahaha
all jokes aside I suggest you not go and focus on something else....

I've built one of those awhile back but it blew up when I accidentally left it on and was talking to my boss .....
