yeah, went back in and talked to them, and the recruiter guy said that to ship off is gonna take longer than he thought because they have to clear somethings up about me being bipolar and adhd, but i heard him on the phone with someone and it sounds like hes gifhting to get me in as soon as he had planned. and yeah, derfsondeck, i think i should be able to troll off of a carrier, and i plan on droppin a few feathers off staroard whenever i get the chance. buuuuutttttt i m a little worried that any neigboring subs might do some torpedo practice on my possible world record marlin that i just KNOW ill hook. does the IGFA accept weight prior to disintigration as a record? lol j/k yeah, all the recruiters in the office have been nice to me so far, and like i said, i had even taken the pretest for the asvab, and the recruiter told me that since i got above a fifty, ninety percent of the jobs were open to me upon completion of basic training.

All I can say is I don't know you and good luck to you, just pick a destiny and stay there and you will become who you are supposed to be.

But then again, your stories have more tryst than a battered wife trying to get laid in a homless shelter!!

Good luck!!

you will have fun man, being in the CG its a blast im sure the navy will be similar. do yourself a favor and stick to your life in the navy after boot camp. dont rush out and try to meet the "perfect girl" its just going to slow your navy life and what you want to do down, im learning that the hard way :/

GOOD DECISION

You made an excellent choice. I am the only male member of my family that didn't go into the Marine Corps. I have always regretted that decision. Just remember that if you chose to be a corpsman or field medic, most of your training will be in combat skills. Thats because the Marines do not have medical staff. They use Navy med techs. my family and I thank you and wish you the best in your new career.

GREAT DECISION....Be sure and check out the Aviation Careers (AD,AT,AE,AMS, etc....) available. Be sure and ask your recruiter for a list of job descriptions.

Good Luck,
KLB
