feels all wrong trying to fish this area lol..pull up someones ashes...

Yeah that is creepy, seems the guy has taken it one up on the competition. There are numerous companies that make reef balls and will add you ashes for a fee. All of the reefs are part of a federally funded reef program...if you pay enough bucks they will name it after you in the log.
