to use Seal Bombs -Requires a permit from ATF

to use Seal Bombs is it Required a permit from ATF
also have never seen any for seal at any shop

I do not believe you need a permit through the ATF, but you do have to be a commercial fisherman. I keep a box onboard.

Or run to Mexico and get m80 or 100 with water proof fuses. Not legal but effective.

but way only the commercial fisherman ?? kayakers can also benefit
if commercial fisherman can use it to benefit or to get rid of the unwonted mammals , kayakers can use it to... who's environment is safer ?? kayakers or the commercial fisherman who most likely is in a 25+' boat
