yep dr. shoals they even work for me and i abuse shoes becouse of my weight but the dr. shoals cures that big time and im old too by the way!!

pro foot makes an in sole that I find work better then the gels. Extra tuff is the way to go.

Sperry topsiders billfisher series or bare feet. Wore boots 1 time on a boat, and won't do that again. Sperry billfishers rock.
