Killing Skunks

does anyone know a good way to kill skunks, i have one following me around since last summer.

I hear the right bait coupled with the right time tends to kill them. They seam to stick around as much as possible and are difficult to shake but it will happen.

I feel stupid I'm sitting here thinking 22 to the back of the head, just stay upwind, call fish and game, then I read the post again and saw Carni's response...... I'll shut up now.

Yeah, I wouldn't go the .22 to the back of the head route.
