Marinate Thresher steak in Italian dressing for 30 minutes....take a skillet heat 1/2 teaspoon olive oil add some minced garlic, medium high heat....lightly browning the garlic add shark steak cook for 4 min. turn over cook for 2 - 4 minutes add shot of white wine...be careful and step away when you do that it will flambeau.....served with steam vegetables and rice!
