Guys, I might be taking a job on Seaward Ave. in Ventura within a few months. Any suggestions for good rental townhomes and/or condos in the area? Eventually I might buy a condo but for now a rental will do. Thanks!!
Anywhere within biking distance of Seaward is good. You may pay a little more for rent than Westside Ventura or North Oxnard but it's worth it. since your near the beach but you'll save on gas money and the beach is nearby for after work fishing. I think you came by my pad with Fishy one evening in Midtown.
check the local paper online "Ventura Star". do a mapquest on potential possibilites in relation to your jobs' address. Seaward gives you excellent/easy access to downtown, the mall, and the ventura beaches and harbor. CIH is but a few (5-7?) miles south of ventura harbor.
