Just a Q?
Planned a trip for Grampa and Grandson on the Native Sun for their first outing together. A good choice I hope. how about a little input.

Its a good boat, not the greatest. Its big and wide but very slow. Takes about 3hrs to get to catalina. It's good for local stuff but if going to cat, i would chose another boat.

Not a bad boat. I like Alamitos Bay Landing during the weekday for younger kids. The crowd is more retired folk and easy going.

Use to fish it all the time when it was called the happy man out of mdr.
Good boat for a 1/2 dayer but anything longer then that it's too slow.
