without our involvement 8 years ago, the current closure size at the CI would have been approximately 50%+/- instead of the current 18-21%. One way or another, what you have inferred - and what has been allowed to remain on the board for days now - will figurtively happen. To what extent it happens may be related to our continued involvement.
Wils, your right, and agree our involment has a big part to do with will happen. Its just a get this feeling that everything had been decided along time ago. And this entire process is just to spoon feed it to us over the comming mth/years.
I ofcouse will be at the meeting/s to contribute what i can. See you there.

this is veary important to are recreation and livlyhoods. If you can attend you deffinatly should. Don't forget to educate yourself as much as possible before hand. There is a certain image these enviromentals have of us fisherfolk. Its up do us to do what we can.
The biggest battleground for us locally is gonna be Malibu, they already dont want us there and have the $$$$$$$$ to push even harder for "their" stretch of coast to be closed.

So the question is.....who are we nominating to be on the stakeholder panel???
Boaters=??????
For the Kayak Fishing Nation...or for that matter anyone that wants to see key coastal locations open......the man to nominate is Paul Lebowitz.....we started defining our battleground locations several months ago.
