You really don't need any lures. Just an assortment of hooks from #2 to 4/0 should be fine. Maybe some small egg sinkers or split shots. If you want to fish lures, bring some heavy irons. Let them sink deep, then crank them up through the water column as fast as you can. You could also bring some swimbaits for fishing the slide(the time immediately following a troll strike as the boat slides into position). Live bait usually seems to work best though.

Just went last week. Posted pics of our Renagade 1 1/2 day trip, check them out.
18 of us got 65 Albies. When its your troll use/ask for dark feathers.
Be first to cast after the troll hookup.
With...30 lb with 3-4' flourolcarbabon leader. Only one guy caught on a sardine, it was all chovies bite. 2/0 hook. 1/2 oz rubber split above the flourol.
Good luck.

Part of the school will follow the hooked troll fish to the boat!
So you need to get out there fast.

but don't get in the way the of guy hooked up!!!!!!!!!! if by chance his line twist with yours hit your free spool and let him land his fish.

Only be first if you are not trolling, if you are one of the other trollers don't just leave it there and go grab your stick, reel it in first. Seen people do this before. Otherwise everything else sounds good.

Make sure you listen to the deckhands and captain. Fishing is their job and how they make their living. Don't be afraid to ask for their help. Have fun!!!
