|  Chinese Shrimp Kebabs
Summer is coming up so I will posting several Kebab recipes that I think you will all enjoy! Chinese Shrimp Kebabs (serves 4) 16 chunks fresh pineapple 2 lbs. raw shrimp, shelled and deveined 24 fresh snow peas blanched 1/2 cup rice wine 2 Tbsp. sesame sauce 1 Tbsp. oil 1 tsp. lime juice salt and pepper to taste Preheat oven to 400* F. Place pineapple, shrimp, pea pods, wine and sesame sauce in bowl; marinate 15 minutes. Alternate ingredients on skewers and place on oven proof platter. Mix oil and lime juice and set aside. Cook skewers 6-8 minutes in oven 6 inches from top heat element. Baste occasionally with oil mixture and turn skewers over once. Season to taste. Serve with steamed rice and chopsticks. Enjoy!
