Rocky Road Brownies
4 squares (1 ounce each) unsweetened baking chocolate
1/2 cup butter or mararine, softened
1 3/4 cups sugar
2 eggs lightly beatened
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 F. In large microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate squares and butter. Microwave on "HIGH" 2-2 1/2 minutes or until chocolate is completely melted when stirred. Stir in sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add flour, mix well. Spread batter into greased 9 inch square baking pan. Bake 23-25 minutes or until set. (DO NOT OVERBAKE.) Immediately sprinkle brownies with marshmallows, walnuts and chocolate chips. Bake 5-7 minutes longer or until toppings just start to melt.
Yield: 16 servings or 1 Carnivore
