Thumbs up Cheesy Hash-Brown Bake

1 package (32 oz.) southern-style frozen hash-brown potatoes, thawed

2 cups (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

1 can (11 oz.) condensed cheddar cheese soup

1 cup sour cream

3/4 cup sliced green onions

Preheat oven to 376*F. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Spread mixture in greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until lightly brown and bubbly.

Yield 10-12 servings

This is a great side dish with your BBQ while watching the Lakers beat the Celtics!

made some last night but the market only had the shredded country style hashbrowns im guessing the southern style is the little square type anyways i love broccoli so i chopped a crown up and mixed it in as well and damn it was good and sooooo easy you gotta try it and another tip if u use the broc chop it small enough so that u dont have a big piece surfacing out as to keep it from burnin or i checked it a couple o times and moved and smooshed the bigger chunks a couple of time so it would be perfect .i then mixed some flower with some pork chop seasoning and patted some boneless chik breast fried them up and it was the bomb 5- 10 min prep time for everything thanks joe
