Ceviche

Fish part-
Cube in 1/4" chunks
1/2 lb raw shrimp
1/2 lb raw scallops
1 lb fresh fish(I like albacore or tilapia)
Mix all fish in a bowl, cover with juice of lemons, grapefruit, lime, a little orange. Cover and refrigerate about 4 hours.
Vegetable part-
Cube in small chunks
3-4 tomatoes
2 avacadoes
1 medium mango
1 small red onion
1 bunch coarse chopped cilantro
Mix vege's with fish after fish has been refrigerated for about 4 hours.
Makes a big bowl. Serve with chips or on top of fried corn tortillas.

Duh, I forgot! Add as many jalepenos(or whatever pepper you like) as you can handle, to spice it up.
