yup there good to eat! the saltwater ones right? i dont know of others. they dont get real big.

i pick the worms out and put them in the bag for people who want some of the fish im always catching id take a china or gopher over a blue any day but there not bad either its just those worms creep me out ive heard there harmless though and i dont see worms in every one

The worms are high in protein!! yeah Gtown805 i dont prefer em over the more standard rockfish,never noticed the worms probably becouse we dont get too many of em?

Love them things, but they make an awesome live bait for lingcod, so most of the ones I catch get sent right back down with hooks.

yeah when the blues are biting good up here its like being infested w/cockroaches u cant even get your line down kinda like a shrimp fly jig turns into a giant sabiki jig but on the other hand when the fishing isnt great your happy to see a nice blue and i never heard someone say they didnt like eating blues

A buddy of mine was telling me they are swimming pooper scooper. Andy gump of the ocean says he. Kinda afraid of 'em now. Am I listening to the wrong guy?
