BLTT- Bacon, Lettuce, and Thresher Tacos!
The pictures speak for themselves...

The key is to season the shark well; I like salt, black pepper, hot pepper, and lemon zest.

In my opinion the bacon is best SUPER crispy.

Ingredients: Thresher Shark fillets or steaks, bacon, flour or corn tortillas, lettuce, diced tomato, diced onion, shredded cheese, lemon, salsa, and sour cream if you wish.
