Grilled Teriyaki Albacore W/ Wasabi Butter

Grilled Teriyaki Albacore with Wasabi Butter
Ingredients
4 pieces 6-7 ounces albacore tuna steak, about 1" thick
1/2 cup Bristol Farms teriyaki marinade
4 ounces butter, room temperature
1 tablespoon wasabi powder
2 tablespoons chives, chopped
1 tablespoon light olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Method
1. Place albacore tuna in shallow glass dish. Pour teriyaki marinade over and turn to coat.
2. Cover albacore and refrigerate 1 hour.
3. Mix butter, wasabi powder and chives in a small bowl.
4. Prepare barbecue to a medium heat.
5. Remove tuna from marinade; brush both sides with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
6. Grill fish, brushing occasionally with remaining marinade, about 2 minutes per side for medium rare.
7. Transfer to a platter, top with wasabi butter and serve.
