My sushi

well ive been practicing and here are tonights results

We have first off, spicy ahi poke


Second we have seared albacore sashimi garnished with flying fish roe (tobikko) and spring onion. Also spicy tuna roll w/ avacado and bluefin tuna toro sushi and pressed salmon sushi


Third we have pressed ahi tuna sushi, pressed saba sushi, toro in the foreground and spicy tuna roll and smoked salmon roll with cucumber and avocado. Please acknowledge the uni and flying fish roe in the bowl

dude, looks awesome. Sushi is my fav. Can you give me some pointers as in where do you go to get your fresh fish and how did you start going about learning? I've always wanted to get into making my own sushi and have 3 or 4 books on it that I bought but its always best to learn from someone who has succeeded with it.
