WTS: Cardiff 300
***Price Reduced*** I have a barely used Cardiff 300 for sale. It has fresh 12lb Maxima on it and I still have the papers for it, extra VBS breaks, Shimano tool, and I'll throw in a soft Shimano reel bag I got with the purchase of my Chronarch MG. The Cardiff fits in it just fine.
I am asking for $75 pick up in Palmdale or at USC campus

Jeeez, what should I sell it for? I figured, $99.99 reel, plus $8 for tax, plus $10 shipping, plus $10 for the line, plus a free reel cover that doesn't come with it, call it $5 ~ $132.99 brand new. 80 bucks is $53 dollars cheaper than new. Honestly, I am not trying to rip anybody off, I thought it was a good price...

If you want a brand new Cardiff, buy any old POS Corsair on e-bay for less than 20 bucks shipped, send it to Shimano in Irvine, CA for repair for another 7 bucks. Wait 2 weeks and a BRAND spanking new Cardiff with box, papers, and that all popular multi-repair tool shows up in the mail, NO Charge! Your new price is still way too high.

Dude, I have kept my cool for as long as I can. Why are you trying to ruin my classified add? Do you really think that anybody is going to buy this item now that you have posted all these comments about it. I don't understand. If you think it is overpriced, why not just keep your opinions to yourself or say, "Hey, I think you would have better luck if you reduced your price." I don't get it. What's your problem????
BTW, buying an item like a Corsair just to send it back to Shimano in hopes of recieving a Cardiff as a replacement is dishonest. Isn't this a family site? What are you trying to teach the young kids that visit this site?
I haven't been here that long, but I like this site. What I don't like is why everyone is coming down so hard on me. I am not trying to burn anybody here. I am simply selling a barely used item at what I think is a good price. If you don't think it is fair, don't buy it. Simple as that. What if you were selling an item and I came on your post and started talking about how it is way overpriced and tell people of devious ways to get similar products for cheaper. It's just not nice and I don't appreciate it.

Barely used Shimano Cardiff 300, with the added value of fresh 12lb Premium Maxima Line and a Soft Shimano Reel Bag. That's premium line along with a nice felt bag. $75.00 picked up, that's fair.
If you don't like the price shoot Brian a pm, make him an offer. Use the pm system.
If your not interested in purchasing this reel then you shouldn't be posting to his thread.
