Mercury content on crustaciens out here are too much for me I don't eat them but my wife will tear 'em up.......now give me some conch meat or spiny lobsters, blue crabs, stonecrab claws, shrimp from Sinkers side of the world and I'll eat 'em up in a heartbeat.
