Large Squid Pours

Hello gang was up pretty late last night and into this morning to try to get the large squid ready for his first pours. I was real happy with the way this one came out. His body is more tapered like you would see on a squid. I still need to test him out but I think being the same concept of his smaller brother his is going to swim good. I will let you guys know the outcome of the testing. Here are a few standard and oddball colors I made up this morning. Let me know what you think. The pink one is gonna get chewed for sure. Well gang need to take a little nap before the big game. Till next time.

Thanks Joey been working pretty hard on the baits lately. I am working on a five piece pour mold to start pouring the small squid baits. Once the mold is completed I am going to start pouring my butt off in order to fill some orders. I still need to test the larger bait out. But if he works out a production mold will also be made. I will let you know when I complete the molds. Thanks again for the nice comment on my baits. Talk to you soon.

Very nice. Interesting you have eyes on the plastic. I guess no eyes on the jig.

Jeff yes waterproof superglue. I was concerned about if it would work or not because of the oil residue on the plastic but it seem to work ok. I really feel that the bait will still get bit without the eyes. But I wanted to do my best to try to create something more realitic looking. I bet If I pour this thing in a rainbow trout color and some freshwater bait colors it will get chomped on in the lake by some hungry LMB. Only time will tell. These baits were going on there first SWBA Tourney last week but the damn weather kept the boys from going out. They will get there saltwater bath here real soon. I just completed the production mold on the smaller squid bait so any of you interested in the baits. Please shoot me a PM and Let me know what colors you guys want. I will do my best in filling your orders. The baits will be priced very fare. Talk to you soon. Have a great day
