Has the Ventura Harbor Patrol fulfilled their obligation of enforcement on the water

Before everyone gets all upset, let’s just see what the community thinks! This is a simple yes or no poll question, without a hidden agenda.

Thanks,
Ding

Through their own admission they dont have the manpower to...yet they magically think they'll now be able to enforce their new rules????

Has anyone heard of anyone getting cited/warned over the last few weeks? They've been out there hooping within the 750' zone.

One report that I read stated that they responded to 450 incidents in 2006. Of those about half were boating related....225....how many hooping related incidents were responded to?? Well under 5%.
Yes the answer to the problems is clear....SHUT IT DOWN!

Their response to the Grand Jury's findings/suggestions about their operations??

Nothing written, just a verbal note that you cant hoop here...

Last Sunday my boyfriend went out and got a warning...HP took all of his info and told him to start pulling his gear. Said if the next patrol came around to tell them that he had warned him and he was getting ready to pull his gear. He decided to pull and head in. Trying elsewhere tonight. Thanks for all of your help in getting the restrictions changed.
