because i talked to 2 fish and game bioligist and 2 mussle specialist and they say its not that hard to keep out they all said the inspection procces is more than suffcient they said it travels more by water flow and wild life than by boats plus the boats shown to carry them are house boats which we dont have at casitas plus its a domino effect cachuma is gonna close on the 11 castaic and piro will all follow
plus storage at the lake is a 1000 dolars a year with no electric or security and im number 96 on the waiting list

I thought they found them already at castaic? Stupid really if I take my boat in the ocean then to the lake there is no way those little suckers would be hiding anywhere.
