I read the info at the web page posted by Creekster in the other thread.

It doesn't say how it got to California but it's clear that the water districts are spreading it.

They may just be using anglers as a fall guy.

100% true to what ya both said but right now were in the works of getting a casitas only pass sort of thing

Just wait all will get screwed someday. I get to where I really hate the scientific community. Most of the time they get it wrong and it is either they did to much or nothing at all and either way we get the shaft. I don't condone it or think it is right but I do understand why people run amok with a shot gun from time to time. Again I don't agree just know the feeling.

on that note were learning the russian and french revolution in my ap history class as well as other revolutions
and man people have revolted for a lot less than what the state has done to hunters,fisherman,smokers,drinkers and motorists it this state
its crazy

What about kayaks?

Also, if I shore fished Lake Skinner and then shore fished Casitas, would they have to check my shoes?
