had the butcher at my work fillet the cabezon, dude is a magician when it comes to small fish to fillet, he does it right and gets all the meat out, heres two pics of the aftermath,..

ive seen cabbys in aholding tank in hueneme and got to hand toss fish kibble to em and they are varacious beyond belief they rocket rite up to the top and snake the other fish like freight trains!
