WSB Limits
Say you went fishing on Saturday the 14th and sometime before midnight you caught a WSB (limit 1). Then you fish through the night (the morning of the 15th) and catch two more fish (limit 3) are you good to go??? You stayed within the limit requirement for the dates, still within the possession limits, and...well I think OK. But if someone has another opinion, I'd like to hear it. Thanks

Mike, I like your thinking but you're one day ahead of yourself! The daily bag limit for WSB changes from 1 to 3 on June 16th.
Given the scenario above, one day later, I would say you're good to go and within regulations.

You are incorrect. The limit is one fish through the 15th, so starting on the 16th it goes to 3.
The daily bag and possession limit is three fish except that only one fish may be taken in waters south of Point Conception between March 15 and June 15.
So if you fished on the 14th and the 15th and caught seabass limits, you would be allowed 2 fish in possession only if you filed for a multi day permit.
