Only a Mexican fishing license. They retail for $48.20 but if you go a nearby dealer, they add a 'service charge' of anywhere from $10 to $20.

My buddy Jeff works near the office down in San Diego where they issue the licenses, so he got them for us at cost.

Oh, and bring a good crew. Especially if you're going to troll. Good luck.
