Hooped CI Breakwall 11/8
Went hoopin at CI yesterday.Decided to give to outside a try since it was really calm.It was pretty slow most the night and the best pulls where right at dark.Ended the night w/5 legals,no shorts,a swell shark,bunch of rockfish, and 3 octupus.
